Librivox.org is a website that works to produce and distribute free audio recordings of works in the public domain. It is entirely volunteer-run and staffed, international, and for me, at least, tremendous fun. Go check it out; if you want, you can even find my recordings if you search under my name.
Learning by Literary Audio Files
This podcast, hosted on Anchor.fm, is a biweekly literary analysis of poetry and prose, fiction and non-fiction, intended both for educational use and general interest. The material is drawn from works I have taught in my twenty years as an English teacher. Give it a listen and learn why Learning B. Lit. AF
The texts I use for the podcast are generally readily available, often on Project Gutenberg, but sometimes they are a little more difficult to find. When that is so, I will post links here, or just create the text files myself.
